Heard Sri Sarvanand Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance that boundary pillars affixed pursuant to an order dated 29.04.2025 in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, have been damaged by the private respondents. Representations in this regard are stated to have been submitted before the administrative authorities. Counsel for the State-respondents points out that in regard to the aforestated grievance there is procedure prescribed under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the present petition would not be entertainable. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforestated factual and legal position.
