Heard Sri Abhishek Kumar Singh, holding brief of Sri Babhru Vahan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satya Prakash Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 - Up Ziladhikari, Gola, District Gorakhpur to decide Case No. 2009 of 2024 (Rampal vs. Ram Mani and others), under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to conclude the proceedings at an early date. H
