The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 29.01.2025 passed by respondent No.3 in Case No.2651 of 2024 under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and the subsequent order dated 16.09.2025 passed by respondent No.2 in a revision filed their against. The revision has been dismissed on the ground of being not maintainable. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the legal position that against an order passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the statutory remedy of filing an appeal is available and that a revision would not lie.
