The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kaptangnj, Tehsil Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar, to decide the Case No.312 of 2024, [Vichitra and Others Vs. Ram Prakash and Others], under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, copies whereof have been appended to the writ petition and also to the supplementary affidavit, to point out that although several dates have been fixed, but for some reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned and the delay in disposal of
