The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.3, to make necessary entries in the revenue records giving effect to the order dated 16.2.2023, passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration) Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur, in Case No. 1334 of 2021 [Kali Prasad Singh Vs. Upziladhikari, Sadar], under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the State respondents submits that pursuant to previous order instructions dated 15.12.2025 have been received, from the respondent no.3, the Joint Magistrate/Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gorakhpur, indicating therein that the revenue records have been duly corrected consequent to the order passed
