The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to remove alleged illegal encroachments, from a pathway situate appurtenant to land bearing Gata No.197Mi, a portion of which is said to have been allotted to the petitioners. Representations, in this regard, are stated to have been submitted before the respondent authorities. Counsel for the State respondents has pointed out that the assertions made in the representations, indicate that the matter relates to a dispute between the petitioners and certain private persons, and that the petitioners are seeking to raise grievance that the private persons are interfering in their posse
