The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 22.12.2018, passed by the respondent no.4, the Tehsildar, Tehsil Haldia, District Prayagraj, in Case No. 530 of 2017 [Gaon Sabha], under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and the subsequent order dated 18.7.2025, passed in the appeal filed thereagainst. The principal ground which counsel for the petitiones has sought to urge is that that the plot in question being Arazi No. 495M, regarding which proceedings had been initiated, is having fairly a large area, out of which certain portion is abadi and the petitioner is having his old constructions over the same since long.
