The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur to decide Case No. RST/1785/2017 (Sardar Brahma Gyan Singh Majithia vs. Saraiya Sugar Factory), under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the State-respondents submits that pursuant to previous order dated 17.11.2025 instructions dated 22.11.2025 has been received from the respondent no.2 indicating therein that the next date fixed in the case is 26.11.2025 and efforts would be made for its early disposal.
