Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.3-Tehsildar, Teshil Sadar, District Ballia, to decide Case No.21175 of 2025 (Anita Rai vs. Anand Bahadur Singh) under Section 34/35 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
