Heard Sri Sarvesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 2.5.2025, passed by the respondent no.2, the Tehsildar (Judicial), Azamgarh, District Mau, in Case No. 5351 of 2025, under Section 209(H) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and praying for certain ancillary reliefs. It is not disputed that the order impugned would be subject to a statutory legal remedy, and in view thereof, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
