The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2, the Sub Divisional Officer, Kasimabad, Ghazipur, to decide the Case No.1590 of 2023, [Pramod Vs. Gaon Sabha], under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition, to point out that upon an order dated 12.10.2023 having been passed in the aforesaid case, a recall application was preferred by the petitioner, which came to be allowed by means of an order dated 28.8.2025, and 8.9.2025 was the date fixed for hearing of the objections
