The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 3, to decide the Case Nos. 613 of 2020 and 614 of 2020, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the State respondents submits that pursuant to the previous order, instructions dated 13.12.2025, have been received from the respondent no.3, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur, indicating therein that the files of the cases which were reported to have been lost, have been reconstructed and orders have been passed for submission of the spot memo report and the field book,
