This writ petition has been filed questioning the validity of notification dated 11.05.2012 issued under Section 6(1)/16 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and notification dated 03.10.2005 issued under Section 4 of the Act. 2. Counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned notifications have already been quashed by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 27.09.2019 in Writ-C No.68915 of 2014 : Ram Nivas v. State of U.P. & Ors.. The judgment and order dated 27.09.2019 has also been affirmed by Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 16.3.2021 in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s).6737 of 2020 (Agra Development Authority v.
