Whereafter, a substitution application has been filed in the year 2021. However, presently the same has not been pursued. 3. It appears that due to passage of time, the petitioner/legal representatives of the petitioner have lost interest in the petition. 4. The petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
