Municipalities Act, 1916 and the Regulation No. 408 passed by the Nagar Palika Parishad, Fatehpur dated 11.03.1942 within stipulated time. 2. The petition was filed way back in the year 2014 and since then, elections in the Municipal Corporation and the formation of committees from time to time must have taken place and, apparently, on account of passage of time, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
