The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ballia to decide the Revision No.1124 of 2024, Computerized Case No.202454159000000697 (Umrawati vs. Gujrawati and others) within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that within time title revision filed on behalf of petitioner is pending before respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.3 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4.
