Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.751 of 2023 (Computer Case No.20235415600000751) (Mitthu and others vs. Suresh and others) under Section 48(1) of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3.
