Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.1 to decide the Revision No.3970/2007-2008 (Computerized Case No.R200814580034920) (Matikurrahman and others vs. Janardhan and others) under Section 219 of U.P. Revenue Act, 1901 expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Revision No.3970/2007-2008 before respondent No. 1, but till date no decision has been taken.
