Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.2 to decide the Second Appeal No.4405 of 2023 (Computerized Case No.AL20230520004405)(Sanjay Kumar Singh vs. State of U.P. and others) filed under Section 208 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Second Appeal No.4405 of 2023 before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken.
