Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for State-respondents and Sri Rameshwar Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for respondent no. 5. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to Board of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the stay application in Revision No. REV/5774/2025 (Computerized case No. AL20251506005774) within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid stay application is pending since long, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest, for which learned counsels for respondents have no objection. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Board of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the stay application, in accordance with law
