Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing court below to decide the Civil Revision No. REV/2105/2023 (Computerized case No. R20231506002105) within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid revision is pending since long, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Board of Revenue U.P. at Lucknow to decide the aforesaid revision, in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to
