Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the learned court below to decide the Revision No.2589 of 2018 (Pramod Kumar Singh vs. Juthan and others) situated in Village Jalalpur Paragana Majhwara Tehsil Sadar District Chandauli, filed under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and complete the proceedings expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Revision No.2589 of 2018 before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken.
