A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to decide the Revision No.2074 of 2023 (Gurupal and others vs. Commissioner Moradabad and others) pending before the Board of Revenue within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Revision No.2074 of 2023 before respondent No. 1, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 1 to decide the aforesaid revision within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 5. I
