Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the Board of Revenue Circuit Court, Agra to decide the Revision No.546 of 2025 (Vijendra Singh vs. Darvesh Sahakari Awas Samiti and others) within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Revision No.546 of 2025 before respondent No. 1, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, he submitted that a suitable direction may be issued to respondent no. 1 to decide the aforesaid revision within stipulated period for which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 4.
