Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Sri Upendra Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 5 to 7. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(I). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to register the case and decide the same according to the order dated 17.10.2024 passed by the Board of Revenue, Prayagraj within a stipulated period, it has been pending since, 2001." 3. Pursuant to order dated 11.12.2025, learned standing counsel has produced instruction dated 17.12.2025, which is taken on record. As per instruction, he submitted that now case has been registered and Case No. T202503400306776 has also been allotted fixing the date of hearing on 02.01.2026. 5. Under such facts of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to th
