Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a partition suit being Case No. 00574 of 2020 was filed, which was decided vide order dated 23.04.2022. Against the said order, respondent nos. 3 to 5 have preferred an appeal being Case No. 909 of 2022, which was allowed vide order dated 26.12.2023 and matter was remanded back for taking fresh decision. The said order was challenged before Board of Revenue by filing Revision No. 498 of 2024, which was rejected vide impugned order dated 06.10.2025 by Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue U.P.
