The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- i) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 (Deputy Director of Consolidation, District-Jaunpur) to decide the stay application as well as revision No. 1372 of 2025 (Hakim Chandra Vs. Tilakdhari) under Section 48 of the U.P.C.H. Act (Annexure No.6 to this writ petition). ii. issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 03.10.2025 Passed, by respondent no.3 (Settlement Officer Consolidation, District-Jaunpur) (Annexure No.5 to this writ petition). iii) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to pass an appropriate order on the stay application f
