Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.2 to decide the Revision No.85 of 2013-14 (Computerized Case No. A.L.2014020399627) (Amala Prasad Vs. Malti Devi), under Section 333 of U.P.Z.A.L.R Act within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Revision No.85 of 2013-14 before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken.
