Present petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 28.7.2025 passed by Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow, respondent no.2 in Revision No.2340 of 2018. 3. Apart from many other grounds, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while deciding the revision, Board of Revenue-respondent no.2 has not recorded any single finding and only quoting the order of Naib Tehsildar, rejected the revision vide order dated 28.7.2025, which is bad and liable to be quashed. 4.
