The instant petition has been filed for following reliefs:- i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the suit no. 0040 of 2022 (computer case no. 202540223060040) (Jabar Singh and others Vs. Kamla Devi) under Section 9-K(2) U.P. Consolidation Act, instituted by petitioner, within stipulated time, fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. iii) Award the costs of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner. 3.
