Brief facts of the case are that village in question was brought under Consolidation operation in the year, 2016. The villagers of the village including petitioner has filed the representation/application before the authorities to issue notification under Section 6 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 herein after referred to as U.P.C.H. Act as they are not interested in the Consolidation operation in the village in question. Hence, this writ petition for following reliefs:- "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to cancel the consolidation proceeding initiated and running in the village of the petitioner in pursuance of Notification No. 5943G-610-2016-2017 dated 05.09.2016 issued by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh.
