Brief facts of the case are that village in question was brought under Consolidation operation in the year, 2019. The villagers of the village has filed the representation before the authorities to issue notification under Section 6 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 herein after referred to as U.P.C.H. Act as they are not interested in the Consolidation operation in the village in question. The representation filed by the petitioner along with other villagers has been rejected by Consolidation Commissioner vide order dated 31.12.2019. Hence, this writ petition for following reliefs:- I.
