Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Varanasi to decide the Revision case no. 0972/2025 {Janardan and ors. vs. Sanjay and ors., u/s. 48(1) of U.P. Consolidation Holding Act, 1953) within the stipulated period time of one month, so that justice be done, failing which the petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3.
