The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation , District- Jaupur to decide the Revision No.926 of 2025 (Old No.1304/2023-24) (Ram Sajeevan and others vs. Ram Nath and other) within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the title revision filed by private respondent impleading the petitioners as opposite party is pending before respondent no.2/ Deputy Director of Consolidation since 2023. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.3 to the petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4.
