Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 3 consolidation office to decide restoration application dated 11.09.2024, within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid restoration application is pending since long, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the restoration application, in accordance with law, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournments
