Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent no.2 Consolidation Officer, Sadar First Mau, District Mau to decide the Case No. 1170 of 2025 (computer no. 202554155156031170) Durga Prasad vs. Lallan & others, under Section 53-Kha of U.P.C.H. Act, 1953 pending in his Court expeditiously, preferably within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Case No.1170 of 2025 before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken.
