The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent no.2/Consolidation Officer, Bhatpar Rani, Tehsil Bhatpar Rani, District Deoria to conclude and decide the proceeding of Case No.4 of 2019 (Subedar vs. Aziz and Others), under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P. C.H. Act, within the stipulated period." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that title objection under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P. C.H. Act filed at the instance of the petitioner, is pending before respondent no.2/Consolidation Officer since 2019.
