Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Kushinagar to conclude the consolidation proceeding of Case No. 201905440603283, Sushila Devi Vs. Ram Naresh within specified period if possible within six months." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that time barred restoration application filed on behalf of petitioner against the revisional order is pending before respondent No.2-Deputy Director of Consolidation since 1990.
