Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Gaon Sabha. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the Consolidation Officer, Tehsil Lalganj, District Mirzapur/respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.3350 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.202454165331023350) (Ramdev vs. State) U/S 9A (2) of U.P.C.H. Act, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed Case No.3350 of 2024 before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, he submitted that a suitable direction may be issued to respondent no. 2 to decide the aforesaid case within stipulated period for
