Brief facts of the case are that village in question was brought under Consolidation operation by way of notification issued under Section 4 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 herein after referred as U.P.C.H. Act. The villagers of the village has represented before the Consolidation Commissioner to notify the village under Section 6 of the U.P.C.H. Act, but no steps has been taken by the authorities. Hence, this writ petition on behalf of the petitioner for following reliefs:- "1.
