Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. In compliance of the order of this Court, instruction dated 9.12.2025 sent by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation is taken on record. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction dated 9.12.2025 submitted that the appeal under Section 11 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act has been decided finally by Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Chandauli vide order dated 4.12.2025. He placed the certified copy of the appellate order which is annexed along with instruction. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal has been decided vide order dated 4.12.2025 in favour of the petitioner and revision under Section 48 of U.P.C.H. Act has been filed by respondent no.4 before Deputy Director of Consolidation. 5. Considerin
