Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.2 to decide the restoration application dated 21.2.2007, under Section 11(1) of C.H. Act in Appeal No.1194/1622/691 (Ram Raksha Vs. State) against the ex parte order relates to the village Kaderepur Pargana Garhwala Tehsil Badlapur, District Jaunpur within reasonable time which is fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 4.
