Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus for expeditious disposal of Stay Application pending in Revision No. 2355/2025 computerised case no. AL20251213002355 (Nand Prakash Vs. State of U.P. and others) pending before Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj within a stipulated time fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed stay application before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the stay
