Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier partition suit No. 14 of 2014 was filed by the father of petitioner, which was decreed on 20.1.2025. Against the said order, respondent nos. 8 to 10 has preferred an appeal on 27.1.2025, which was dismissed vide order dated 17.4.2025. He further submitted that contesting respondents has filed caveat on 2.5.2025 before the Board of Revenue.
