Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(I). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the recall/ restoration application dated 23.10.1992 filed by the petitioner within stipulated fix by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that restoration application of the petitioner is pending before respondent No. 2 since long, therefore, direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the same within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 5. In light of aforesaid facts of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Kushinagar - respondent no. 2 to decide the recall/ restoration application dated 23.10.1992 in accordance with law maximum within a period of two month
