Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents. 3. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Consolidation Officer, Lalganj, Mirzapur to decide the case No.486 of 2019 (State of U.P. vs. Vidhuni), under Section 9A(2) of of C.H. Act." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed case no.486 of 2019 before respondent No. 4, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 4 to decide the aforesaid case within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner
