Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Consolidation Officer, Sadar-I, Mau/respondent no. 2 to decide the restoration application no. RST1620/2024 (Computer Case No. 202454155156031620) within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aforesaid restoration application is pending since long, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the restoration application, in accordance with law, if possible within a period of three months from the date of production of
