Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer Badlapur, Jaunpur, to decide the Case No.536 (Shiv Kumar Dubey v. Lakshmikant) of under Section 12 of Consolidation of Holding Act pending the Court of Consolidation Officer, Badlapur." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed his case before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the aforesaid case within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4.
