The instant writ petition has been filed with a direction to respondent no.2/Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the Revision No.590/2023-24 (Computerized Case No.T201754143600001760) (Rambali vs. Brahmdeo and Another), under Section 48(1) of the U.P. C.H. Act, 1953 within the stipulated period. 4. Counsel for the petitioner states that the aforementioned revision under Section 48 of the U.P. C.H.
