Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- “(I) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned revisional order dt. 10.07.25 passed by respondent no. 1 and impugned order dt. 28.05.25 passed by respondent no. 4 (Annexure No. 1 & 2 to this writ petition respectively). (II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to cancel the lease deed dt. 15.02.23 as per provisions of section 104 of the code and Rule 103 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules 2016.” 3
